System Architecture

Power comes from a modular design. 

Aprotec designs and develops its offerings from what it considers to be industry standard building blocks, the focus of this apprpach is to deliver a level of comfourt to the userbase that we are using such architecture which is both supported from a technical and security standpoint.

We do NOT deploy vaulted systems which encase your data or documents/files using non-propriatory formats such that they cannot be accessed by you directly should the need arise in the future.

We do have available a suite of security measures you would expect.

Aprotec have embraced the Microsoft Windows platforms and develop with these in mind for both pc's and servers, we do however have viewing offerings for mobile device which are O/S independant.

We offer both DMS and ECMS systems, in a modular fashion. The purpose of the modular approach is to facilitate the customer being able to cherrypick from options and fund accordingly.

Our products are delivered and updated by automated online, the software and users are supported by annual subscription systems.
